Participation & Eligibility

• All participants must be 18 years or older.
• Participation requires full payment of the entry fee per chosen category.
• Participants must be registered on www.worlds-dubai.com to compete in the five main categories.
• Only candidates with valid permanent makeup qualifications are eligible for the main categories.
• A maximum of 3 categories may be entered per participant. Each category may be entered only once.
• In WorldS UAE PMU Championship there the Latex Creations category is entirely excluded from the event.

Registration & Work Submission

• Registration deadlines are published on www.worlds-dubai.com and apply equally to all categories.
• All championship submissions must be uploaded digitally through www.worlds-dubai.com.
• Each entry must include one model, shown from multiple angles and zooms.
• All before-and-after photos must follow specific requirements outlined in your category’s upload instructions.
• Work must be submitted under the correct category. Contact the organizer within 48 hours of payment if a correction is needed.
• Failure to upload your work by the deadline results in disqualification and cancellation of your free participation ticket to the live segment in the final in Cyprus. If you wish to attend the live event, you must pay for the event ticket.

Judging Process

• Judging is anonymous. Jury members cannot see participant names.
• Submitted works are assessed using the official WorldS scoring sheet, standardized across all countries.
• Winners are determined based on the average score awarded by the jury panel.
• A minimum of 4 participants is required in a category for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes to be awarded. Otherwise, the category may be cancelled.

Image & Media Requirements

• Only original, unpublished work is allowed. Entries that have appeared previously on social media, websites, brochures, etc., will be disqualified.
• Entries cannot be publicly shared before the official announcement of results.
• Post-announcement discovered violations will lead to disqualification and prize cancellation.
• Photos/videos must:
    – Be taken before and after with the same camera or phone.
    – Be shot on a neutral white background.
    – Do not include creams, product packaging, text, logos, or watermarks.
    – Be unedited (no beautifying filters or retouching).
• Models may not wear makeup except for false lashes and mascara in eyebrow/lip categories.
• Work must appear clean and natural.

Event Benefits & Responsibilities

• Accommodation and travel cost are not included.
• Optional Yacht Party Night celebration on the 20th of October 2025 for participants.(*)
• Winners of the UAE Semi Finals will receive in Cyprus:

• A 4-night stay in a 5-star hotel for both artist and model, including breakfast.
• Round-trip airport transfers for participant and model.
    Participation in the Championship, and access to a 2-day Congress, (participants ONLY)
• Gala Awards Night Ceremony (participants ONLY)
• Coffee breaks for 3-day, lunch for 2-days (participants ONLY)
• The organizer does not supply models or treatment products.
• All treatments must be performed according to health and safety regulations.

Refunds & Disqualifications

• Entry fees are non-refundable, including disqualifications for late or missing uploads.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches the rules.
• Participants are not allowed to contact jurors regarding their submitted work.

Organizational Disclaimers

• The organizer is not responsible for technical difficulties.
• Participation is open globally, but UAE Semi Finals winners will represent the UAE in the Grand Finale in Cyprus.
• The UAE organizer is not responsible for changes made by the Cyprus Grand Finale organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend deadlines, event dates, or terms and conditions. Registered participants will be informed of any changes.

(*)  Limited tickets available. Promotional ticket price applies only to championship participants.
The Yacht Party is optional and will proceed only if the minimum number of tickets is sold. The Organizer reserves the right to set this minimum and cancel the event if not met. In such case, Yacht Party ticket holders will receive a full refund.
